Brand and product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. OREGAVA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official distributor of On or any other manufacturer unless expressly stated.

We make every effort to display product information, images and pricing accurately. Occasionally there may be errors in descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to cancel orders affected by them, at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify’s payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Product use

Footwear performance features such as water resistance and traction depend on the manufacturer’s specifications, correct sizing and appropriate use and care. Always refer to the manufacturer’s product information.

The OREGAVA name, logo, site design and original content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OREGAVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your state of residence.
