Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 7–14 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your shipment on our Track Order page. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are unable to change the address once an order has shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped after the address is confirmed.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.
